Seller Enquiry Privacy

APLE Pty Ltd and 1 Property Centre (QLD) Pty Ltd, trading as 1 Property Centre, collect the details you provide through Facebook Messenger, including your name, contact details, property information and selling plans.

We use those details to respond to your enquiry, arrange and follow up on appraisals, and keep a record of our communications. Peter Forbes and his assistant Faith handle enquiries. Faith works from the Philippines, accesses enquiries there and saves details in REX, our customer relationship management system. Messenger conversations are also processed by Meta under its privacy notices.

You can request access to or correction of your information, raise a privacy concern, or ask us to stop marketing messages by emailing peter@1propertycentre.com.au. We may need to verify your identity when handling a request.
